PLAINTIFF WILLIAM THOMAS' FOURTH ERRATA

Once again the undersigned is mistaken, and has inadvertently contributed to confusion.

In the interest of Justice and accuracy plaintiff William Thomas hereby notes changes in the document "Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Replies to the Documents Filed by Defendants on January 24, 1995," to rectify a mistake:

  1. Delete the title: "Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Replies to the Documents Filed by Defendants on January 24, 1995,"
  2. Replace with, "Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Replies to the Documents Filed by Defendants on January 23, 1995,"

A proposed Order is attached.

Respectfully submitted,
