MOTION FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME WITHIN WHICH TO ADDRESS
DEFENDANTS' THE ISSUES RAISED BY DEFENDANTS'
OPPOSITION TO PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO STRIKE AND FOR SANCTIONS

On February 14, 1995 defendants filed Defendants' Reply Memorandum of Points and Authorities in Support of Motion to Dismiss All Claims Against Defendants Richard Robbins, Stephen O'Neill and Andrew Keness and all Claims for Money Damages, and in Opposition ot Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike and for Sanctions.

Although plaintiffs have already responded to the issues raised in "Defendants' Reply" they have not addressed all the issues in "Defendants' Opposition(s)"

Plaintiffs hereby request an extention of time of February 27, 1995 in which to reply to Defendants' Oppositions.

This short additional delay will not prejudice defendants.

A Proposed Order is attached.

Respectfully submitted,
