Plaintiffs have filed a motion for production of transcripts without cost, seeking transcripts of proceedings for December 5, 188; January 9, 1989; September 11, 1989; and December 7, 1989, there is no record of a September 11, 1989 proceeding.
Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED that having determined that the appeal is not frivolos and presents a substantial question, as is required by 28 U.S.C. § 753(f), the court reporter shall prepare and furnish to plaintiffs transcripts of the September 12; 1989 proceedinges;
it is
FURTHER ORDERED that the fees for such transcripts shall be paid by the United States pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 753(f).
IT IS SO ORDERED.
