ORDERED: that the Government's Motion for Reconsideration
of this Court's April 25, 1987, dismissal of the lnformations
in the above-captioned cases shall be, and hereby is, denied;
and it is
FURTHER ORDERED: that defendant William Thomas's
Motion for Reconsideration of this Court's dismissal of his motions
to dismiss for lack of offense, malicious prosecution, ex
post facto enforcement, motion to proffer a defense
of necessity,

and motion to take discovery shall be, and hereby is, denied
as moot.
