In an Order filed on April 6, 1987 this Court directed
that all pre-trial motions in this matter be filed by April 15,
1987.
Defendant Thomas did file several Motions on that date.
Since that date another factor has come to Thomas' attention
which, he sincerely believes, should be included in the pre-trial
considerations of this Court.
THEREFORE Thomas hereby moves this Court to allow
him to file, out of time, a Motion To Dismiss By Reason Of An
Act Of God.
