ADJUDGED that defendant William Thomas is GUILTY of violating 36 C.F.R. § 7.96(i)(1); and it is further

ADJUDGED that defendant Ellen Thomas is GUILTY of violating 36 C.F.R. § 7.96(i)(1); and it is further

ORDERED that sentencing of defendants William Thomas and Ellen Thomas shall take place on February 26, 1988, at 10a.m.. and it is iurther

ORDERED that the probation officer of this court shall prepare an appropriate presentence report.
