Pursuant to Federal Rules of Evidence 103(a)(l), plaintiffs hereby move that Randy Meyers' letter, dated January 20, 1995, and submitted in support of Defendants' Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion to Reconsider Denial of Plaintiffs' Application for a TRO, or, Alternatively to Dismiss the Complaint as Frivolous, filed January 23, 1995, be stricken from the record.

The grounds for this motion are more specifically explained in the accompanying memorandum.

A proposed Order is attached.
