USDOE, ATTN: CNES-Hearings
1000 Independence Ave SW, Room 7B-044
Washington, DC 20585
On February 19, 1998 I attended the CNES-Hearings in Washington,
DC. I explained that for more than thirteen years I have been
exposed to newspaper articles, videotapes, rumors and more recently
internet web sites which sparked and sustained my interest in
technology related to a so-called "zero point vacuum fluctuation
energy field." Purportedly this technology, which includes
cold fusion and other technologies, promises to provide inexhaustible,
"free," super efficient, non-polluting energy sources.
Obviously, if there is anything to this alleged "zero
point" technology it would be the basis of the Optimal Efficient,
Non-polluting Global Energy System. Therefore, I asked two questions.
First, because I'd been told that she had been given "zero
point" information at the first CNES hearing in California,
I asked Ms. Monlyn "whether the DoE has fully investigated
this alleged 'zero point technology,' and, if so, where are the
results of this investigation available?"
Secondly, I asked Secretary Pena, "if the DoE has
not fully debunked the 'zero point technology'," I would
like to know why no comprehensive examination of 'zero point technology'
has been concluded."
After looking around the auditorium for someone who could
answer my question, Secretary Pena promised me that DoE would
send me a written response
Rather than consume time at the hearing, I promised that
if my questions were not resolved that afternoon, I would submit
written comments citing sources of information concerning these
"zero point" technologies:
