We Have: Reached the Sublime!
(Reprinted from East Texas Rainbow Flier, Nacagdoches. Texas)Rainbow consists of many hues otherwise known as factions. There is represented in every region, circle, tribe, etc. every hue and every hue is a view in and of itself. Even if a particular hue is not representative of a universal or majority view, said hue's opinion (point of view) is valid; again, of and in itself, and therefore, necessitates the dissemination thereof.
This responsibility falls upon the focalizers, by their own choice, and needs to be done with all integrity. Not slanted, not negated, not censored in any manner but put forth as provided to them by the originator(s).
There have recently been announcements of Rainbow gatherings that have generated a tremendous amount of factionalizing, judgementalism, and condemnation. Statements that one gathering or another were not Rainbow, which itself is unRainbow.
There are those who put forward the idea defining what a Rainbow is and/or is not, a classic example of unRainbowism I suppose this would necessitate a committee of certification. I wonder which bureaucrats our petticrats are working with.
Years ago, I and others were told things are evolving, new people, new ideas, and we had to make room, allow and even encourage this evolution, which was even termed enlightenment. This was told to us by those very same branch office Rainbows who now claim that others are promoting outlaw Rainbow gatherings.
It seems to me: that as well as being concerned about the federal rules and regulationists -- we might be well advised to pay some attention to our internal certifiers and permitizers. I find it rather difficult to take seriously and stand with people in our fight for freedom, individual rights and liberties and our rights to gather where those very folks - are consistently promoting the restriction of those very rights etc.
It is rather interesting to note that those squealing the loudest are the ones who years ago either tried or did bite off their piece of the "Rainbow Vision" and opened branch offices. It seems that some see the region shrinking, districts declaring independence (decentralization no doubt), a power drain maybe? Or, the vision spreading. New circles forming. Some not as politically correct or willing to be dominated by or subservient to a political philosophy/theoIogy of known quantity.
I'm quite proud that here at home our circle is not involved in the vociferousness of this issue even though those who are involved keep trying to insinuate us into it by adding "East Texas" into their list of regions in their various writings. It does concern me though, that conspicuous by their absence from our information board at the church are the "outlaw Rainbow gathering" flyers. I understand that this is on the advice of (by following suit of) other focalizers and the focalizers council.
Thus my concern; Focalizers are disseminators of information not makers of or definers of policy--not censors--not opinionators. I for one do not wish to be protected by the politically correct any more than by the politically incorrect All information must be shared by and with all or none of us will ever be free! Our focalizer needs to inform other focalizers that were not receiving everything and what we are receiving isn't in a timely manner.
Love & Light,
Stephen Principle
