THIS MATTER is before the undersigned magistrate judge upon defendants' Motion to Set Aside Verdict and Renewed Motion for Disclosure of Exculpatory Information. Defendants' motions add nothing more than was presented before and argued at trial, and for the reasons discussed on the record during trial, such motions will again be denied. Having considered defendants' motions, the court enters the following Order.

ORDER

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that

(1) defendants' Motion to Set Aside Verdict is DENIED in each of the above petty cases; and

(2) defendants' Renewed Motion for Disclosure of Exculpatory Information is DENIED in each of the above petty cases.
