and GEORGE E. KNUPP, JR., in his official capacity as Sheriff of Lake County, Florida on or aboutOctober 22, 1999. The Court having reviewed the Stipulation and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is therefore

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Stipulation is approved and the parties shall abide
by the Stipulation in all its particulars.
