DEFENDANT WILLIAMS' MOTION
FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

Defendant Stephen Williams asks the Court to extend the time in which to file a response to the Compiaint. Williams is currently hospitalized in the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Gainesville, Florida, and has been unable to either prepare a response or obtain counsel to represent him. Williams expects to be released from the hospital on or about April 1st, 1996

Defendant Williams asks for an extension through April, 30th, 1996 to file a response to the Complaint.
