The. Court having reviewed the Petition of the Department of Justice for Release of Confidential Criminal Justice Information and for good cause shown, the Court finds that the demands of individual privacy do not clearly exceed the merits of the requested disclosure, and
HEREBY ORDERS that the Division of Criminal Investigation shall release to Mr. William Thomas of Washington, D.C., and Mr. Barry E. Adams of Missoula, Montana, the article entitled "Rainbow Family to Gather in Montana" in Vol. 1, Issue 4, of the DCI Intelligence Bulletin (Dec. 1999).
