This is a request for information made pursuant to the Freedom of
Information Act.
Request is made for any or all records and documents in
possession of your agency, generated within since 1990, that
relate in any way to any non-compliance by commercial mining,
timber and livestock users, or their employees or agents with
Forest Service regulations that govern living accommodations, or
campsites located on National Forest land, and a list of all
regulations applicable to living accommodations, or campsites for
employees of commercial mining, timber and livestock users on
National Forest lands.
I will guarantee up to $50.00 to cover the cost of copying
without further authorization.
I would appreciate a response within the 10 working days
proscribed by law.
