CASE IN POINT FOR PRIVATE ARREST

The President of a small bank, The First National Bank of Evergreen Park, IL transferred my trust fund from The First National Bank of Chicago with out my consent.

I am in the top 2% of the United States (perhaps the world) in intelligence and ability to " get it done" yet I can't make an arrest

I was an officer in several college organizations and made the "top ten" in my class and was trusted to carry out many events and resolve numerous campus problems such as " not allowing the advance group of the Black Panthers to recruit for violent actions" and "stopping a take over of buildings my a war protest group."

Another case, Timothy McNamee a 32 year old lawyer from Algonquin, IL was shot and killed because he had a high resolution video tape of two police officers dealing drugs, and presently such evidence can not be given to the court.

Officials are going around and around the courthouse and the politicians are doing their usual wind-bagging (see Norton answer) - which is not a problem to me

However, not being able to arrest a person illegally holding my property is giving me a problem

It raises a big question - Why can't I get it done? I know where the evidence is and how to present it to get a warrant at 26th & California, Cook County, IL

Swear me in as a U.S. Marshall or Cook County Deputy and my arrest of the criminal banker would be an example of what the public needs to control crime

Officials have approached requesting participation in a "government program" claiming that Marie London Holbrook agreed to participate and it is not harmful

In most cases, getting an arrest warrant is equivalent to turning in a term project

Persons who have passed a college course meeting that requirement would be qualified also retired police officers

Currently the drug problem has occupied most all law enforcement's people crimes unrelated to drugs are not being brought into the courts

From coast to coast and border to border the United States has qualified and able people - but currently an arrest can only be made by persons working for agencies of the government - who by their own admissions are overwhelmed by drug cases

Medical and dental, auto and home repairs cheats could be arrested and fined
Private arrest would be a detergent and then a deterrent to crime
Request legislation to "open the arrest" from any and all of your elected officials
