March on the Pentagon
Demand an End to the Killing

Saturday, June 5, 1999
Washington, DC
Meet 12:00 noon @ The Vietnam Memorial

In the name of peace, NATO bombing has killed hundreds of ethnic Albanians and Serbians. Bombs have hit hospitals, homes, schools, packed buses and trains, universities, bridges, places of work, and an embassy.

NATO bombing has utterly failed in its stated mission. It has accelerated ethnic persecution and expulsions in Kosovo. It has enabled President Milosevic to quash democratic opposition within Serbia. It has destabilized the entire region by precipitating the largest refugee crisis in Europe since WWII. And yet the bombing continues every day. Bombing continues to kill civilians every day.

Demand an immediate end to NATO bombing.
Demand a cease fire and negotiations in Kosovo.
Demand peace now.
