We of Food Not Bombs Burque announced today at the Indigenous Rights and
Resistance Rally in support of Leonard Peltier and Other Indigenous
causes that we were beginning a Food Drive for Chiapas.  

As Kerry suggested we should share in the decisions of what types of
food are needed, where to send it all, etc.

I know that there is always need of medical supplies and school books. 
but as to where to send them i am unsure.

Do we have a time frame as of yet?  I would like to formally propose
that we begin an online commitee (but of course not excluding those not
on-line in anyway) if we can to begin to coordinate the Food Drive so we
may be of maximum benefit.  

In the mean time we will be beginning to set things up here in
Albuquerque NM.  

Lets get this Food Drive thing rolling into action and into the stomachs
in Chiapas.
