Gagnon Estate

The first law pertaining to an unclaimed succession was adopted in California in 1951, Since the << Escheat Law >> became in effect only in 1951, the American Government didn't have the right to transfer the << Gagnon Money >> into United States consolidated Funds before 1956 (5 years after the expire period). The money was transferred in the funds before 1950 when it was illegal for the government to do it.

Many actions have been taken by the heirs to try and recover their inheritance from the Gagnon Ancestors. Therefore the Government acted contrary to the regulations.

All our attempts have failed because the American Government has chosen to remain silent and offered us no assistance.

Mysteriously some documents concerning the successions have disappeared along with the << Gagnon Millionaires >>, whom has well had mysteriously disappeared.

There has been enormous injustice committed towards the << Gagnon>> who disappeared has well towards the legal inheritors of the succession.

We are asking the American Government for assistance to recognise the veracity concerning the U.S. Army Officer, Francis Gagnon's disappearance along with his fortune and his service in the U.S. Army

Inheritance: Money, Gold bars, Mines, Lands, Buildings, General Stores, etc.

Places: California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico

Total silence for more than two years:

1) Requests for inquiries to the CIA, FBI, Military Archives and National Archives.

2) Many letters and demands unanswered to honorable W. J. Clinton

3) Many thousands of revendications by fax to the White‑House

All these Gagnon have disappeared at the beginning of the 19's, leaving important fortunes, The Inheritance of Lieutenant Francis Gagnon has Been taken in charge by the Interior Department of the United States Government. That same department who had given him the lands in full satisfaction for his service to the United States (1847) Bounty Land Warrant # 62638‑160‑47, Humbolt California. The American Government kept his fortune and placed it in trust at the Central Bank of Washington. Even if at that time, many heirs had been asking for their money (inheritance).

Honourable W.J. Clinton, CIA and FBI, you know the truth for a long time. The Gagnon heirs ask you to reveal what happened on the disappearance of these men and their fortune. They also ask you to give them what they deserve. This money was kept upon fraud and crime.

Please, President Clinton, repair this injustice. Give us back what we should own since ever.

In God we trust, God bless America

We want, we ask:

The victory of truth over the lies

The victory of justice over the evil

The victory of the integrity
