* Hear Lennie Higgs and Ellen Thomas discuss the significance of Initiative 37, the Nuclear Disarmament Economic Conversion Constitutional Amendment Proposal Act of 1992. The legislation, passed during the city's September special election, requests D.C. Delgate Eleanor Holmes Norton to introduce a constitutional amendment to transfer money from federal nuclear weapons programs to domestic programs.

* Hear a discussion on the D.C. Healthy Start nutritional education program for children.
