I regret that it has taken me so long to respond to your
telephone request for information about the vigil.

Enclosed you will find a brief outline about the vigil, and some
information concerning Proposition One, a secondary project we
are working on.

We have much more data if you are interested in detail.

Also two video tapes, one, the Ground War at Home, deals with
conflict between police and demonstrators at the White House
during the Persian Gulf War; the other Peace through Reason,
deals with Proposition One.
