     Regret that ther wasn't a more welcoming recption for
Proposition One, but there is the distinct possiblity that we are
just a bit before our time.   My experience leads me to believe
that we are gaining momentum.

     Ted Taylor, a physicist of considerable renown, has joined
our Board of Advisors. 

     We have also received word that an independent group in
whatever-you-want-to-call ex-Soviet Union is working on the
concept of Proposition One.  See letter with our translation on
the reverse side.
