PROPOSITION ONE COMMITTEE PO Box 27217 Washington, DC 20038 (202) 462-0757 Peacenet Conference: prop1.national, e-mail PPAV October 7, 1991 Dear Steven: Tried to call you earlier this evening with information on Dominic Moya. Wanted to get your advise before taking certain documentary actions tomorrow. Unfortunately I'll just have to play it as wisely as I can without the benefit of your counsel. Was very pleased that you found Life, Liberty and the Hot Pursuit of enjoyable. Anxious to have it as widely dissemninated as possible. Presently thinking of distributing through samzidate, the non-system technique used in the Soviet Union to publish contraband material, where an author would give a manuscript to a friend, who would reproduce it (laboriously, as story has it), by hand or on an ancient typewriter), who in turn passes it on to a friend, who reproduces it, and so on. Thanks to good old Yankee ingenuity modern reproduction technology can spare us the laborious reproduction ritual. Enclosed is some information on Proposition One. Hope that you find it of interest, and will be inspired to help make it happen. Stay in touch. We love you, Thomas, et. al.
