     Hope that things are well with you.  Haven't bothered to write
because we were expecting you to come back.

     Some mail came for you -- nothing personal, just stuff that
was generated as a result of your actions here -- since you left. 
Let us know if you want it forwarded to you. 

     Enclosing the City's latest filing in Vigorito v. District of
Columbia.  There was a court hearing on a motion to dismiss.  As I
understand it one of the City's arguments was failure to prosecute. 
The court decided that, since you were homeless, you should be
given every opportunity to respond, but that if you don't attend
your scheduled deposition on August 14, 1990, the case will be
dismissed.

     Also enclosed is some information on Proposition One.
