Dear Lee:

     After reflecting on our last conversation it seems that the
most effective assistance I can provide you is provision of
organizational and word-processing services.

     What I have done for Sunrise in way of legal assistance is to
discuss with him the points that he wants to make, how best to
organize those points on paper, and then putting them on paper. 
Sunrise does the research. 

     Enclosing something that came into my hands the day after we
spoke.  Maybe it can give you some ideas or leads.
