     I would like a copy of my birth certificate.

     I was born in Fairchance, Pennsylvania on June 29, 1919.  My
parents' names were Peter and Marie Capriotto.  

     It is my understanding that veterans are not charged any fee
for a birth certificate.  If I am mistaken please send me a bill.
