CAPTAIN POWWOW SEMINOLE LIGHTHORSE POLICE March 8, 1989 Dear M. Bush, my President: The bearer of this note, who has believed that history comes in cycles far as long as he can remember, thinks this belief has often caused him complications in this reality we share. Evidently you have benefited from the concept. Why does John Tower have to suffer because Jimmy Swaggart and Jim Bakker could not be humbled by the God they serve? Sunrise has served fifty days in jail and is sentenced to thirty more, plus "thirty days in the woods," as well as years of probation, for serving his God? Why can't Sunrise be pardoned? By what "crime" shall he be persecuted in a kinder gentler nation? Is that of God? Can we learn to forgive one another, and seek honour in the service of God? Captain Powwow
