Jimmie Wayne Powell has spoken of you often, and has shown me a
newspaper article which you wrote  about the OG&E generating plant
north of Konawa.

Jimmie tells me that he met you when you visited Peace (Lafayette)
Park in Washington, D.C..  He also says that you are socially
conscious, and has strongly suggested that I write you with
information about what is going on across the street from the White
House.
