Moore (Port.#131) District # 3 RESULTS OF lNVESTlGATlON On Saturday December 12, 1981 at approximately 1900 hours while on patrol as Port. 8131 with Port, P145 (Off. P ,SMITH, badge (179) I observed a subject in a sleeping bag on the sidewalk~ In front of the White House. The subject was later IDed as: William (NMN) Thomae, address - No Fixed, DOB 03-20-47, SSN None, W/M, 5'7", 140 lb The subject was awaken at approx. 1940 hours and advised by this officer that he was in violatian of (1) CFR 50,27 Camping, (2) CFR 50.19 I)Demonstrating without a permit, (3) Unlawful Entry and to gather up all his property and leave the area, At approx 1940 hours the subject was again advised to leave the area, The subject failed to comply with my request, At approx 2000 hours after a series of three verbal warnings the subject was arrested by the undersigned and charged with the above listed violations. The subject was transported by Off. T. Thomas and myself to District #1 for processing.handcuffs were used in complainance with FORCE policy. The subject was read his rights at District #1 by the undersigned at 2119 hours. The sleeping bag and other property was confiscated by the undersigned as evidence.
