Initiative 37.
As a result of the election, in January 1994, in May 1995, and in February 1997, DC's Congresswoman, Eleanor Holmes
Norton, presented a similar bill to the U.S. House of
Representatives, "The Nuclear Disarmament and Economic Conversion
Act" (HR-827 in 1997-98)
