NOTICE OF INITIAL PRETRIAL/SCHEDULING CONFERENCE
AND MOTIONS HEARING
Please be advised that the above-captioned case has been
assigned to District Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson and shall be
called in open court at 9:30 a.m. on September 16, 1999, in Courtroom
No.2, U.S. Courthouse, Washington, D.C., for an Initial Pretrial/Scheduling
Conference pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 16. If unable to appear
at the scheduled date or time, counsel shall arrange alternative,
proximate dates with other counsel and promptly contact the undersigned.
Counsel attending the conference shall be familiar with
the case, and shall have full authority as counsel to enter into
any necessary agreements, and to make commitments for trial counsel
for all future court proceedings, including trial. A hearing on
the pending motion(s) shall be held.
