UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
MARY HUDDLE, et. al.,
Plaintiffs,
v. Civil Action No. 88-3130
Judge Joyce Hens Green
RONALD WILSON REAGAN, et. al.,
Defendants.
ORDER
On March 21, 1991, plaintiffs filed another complaint in
support of plaintiffs' motion to renew and amend their motions
for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction,
which complaint was filed by the Clerk's Office as an exhibit/attachment
to their pleadings. Plaintiffs now have indicated to the Clerk's
Office that they wish to file their March 2l, 1991 "complaint"
as an amended complaint. The latest complaint will remain filed
as an attachment to their motions in order to avoid replacing
plaintiffs' earlier claims with those alleged in their latest
complaint and because plaintiffs have had ample opportunity to
amend their complaint. In any event, the Court will consider each
and every allegation, whether filed in their first complaint,
amended complaints -- including their March 21, 1991 filing --and
errata, thereby preserving and reviewing every claim raised by
plaintiffs in the course of this litigation.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
April 30, 1991.
