Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 24 (2), Karin "Love" Cartwright, hereby moves this Court to permit her in forma pauperis intervention as a plaintiff in the above captioned matter.
As illustrated by the Complaint in Support of Plaintiffs' Motion to Renew and Amend Their Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction in Light of Recent Circum-stances, filed this date, and the Declaration of Karin "Love" Cartwright in Support of Plaintiffs' Motion to Renew Their Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction, Love shares an "interest relating to the property or transaction which is the subject of the action and ... is so situated that the disposition of the action may as a practical matter impair or impede (her) ability to protect that interest...." Rule 24(2).
Wherefore, to insure her ability to protect her interests, your movant asks this Court to sign the proposed order accompanying this motion.

I, Karin Love Cartwright, declare that I have moved to intervene as a plaintiff in the above entitled action, and:
1. Because of my poverty, I am unable to pay the filing fees in this case.
2. I am not presently employed in any enterprise which returns me a financial recompense, and I have taken a vow of poverty for religious reasons.
3. During the past twelve months I have not received any money from business, profession or form of self-employment, rent payments, interest dividends, pensions, annuities, life insurance payments, gifts or inheritances. The only money I have received during the past twelve months has been in the form of small unsolicited donations, all of which has been spent on literature and other supplies in connection with my communicative activities.
4. I have no money in a checking or savings account.
5. I am part owner of a residence at 2817 11th St. N.W.
6. I own no stocks, bonds, notes, automobiles, or other valuable property.
7. I have no dependents.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
