ORDER

By Order dated December 5, 1988, this Court noted that the government was not able to accept service on several of the named federal defendants. Neither the government, nor the Court, objected to plaintiffs effectuating service themselves on those remaining unserved defendants. On December 16, 1988, plaintiffs filed an "Object-ion to the Arrangement for Service of Process", asking that the U.S. Marshal's Service effectuate service as to those defendants. As plaintiffs are proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, it is accordingly hereby

ORDERED that the U.S. Marshal's Service shall effectuate service by serving the following defendants with plaintiffs' second amended complaint: Richard Robbins, Randy Myers, Manus J. Fish, James Lindsey, Sandra Alley, Captain Barrett, Lieutenant Hugh Irwin, Private Kevin Fornshill, Private Leslie Waite, and Private Michelle Berkowitz. It is

FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs are responsible for

providing all defendants with a copy of all pleadings filed as of this date as well as all pleadings to be filed in the future,
