PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO CLARIFY PARTIES,
EXPEDITE SERVICE OF PROCESS,
AND RECONSIDER IN PART THE COURT'S ORDER OF NOVEMBER 28, 1988

On November 28, 1988 the Court filed an ORDER, specifying certain deficiencies in plaintiffs' pleadings, which -- if left uncorrected -- would undoubtedly delay the overall process of this litigation. 1/

Plaintiffs seek to rectify the shortcomings indentified by the Court's Order of November 28th, hoping thereby to expedite service of process and the progression of this litigation, by filing herewith:

1) Statement of Plain-tiffs' Positions on a Spokesperson,

2) Motion to supplement Concepcion Picciotto's motion to proceed in forma pauperis,

3) Declaration of Scott Galindez in support his of request to proceed in forma pauperis,

4) Notion for leave to file Second Amended Complaint,

5) Second Amended Com-plaint,and

6) proposed Order for Service of Pro-cess in forma pauperis.

1/ Plaintiffs express heartfelt appreciation for having mistakes brought to their attention, and respectfully venture the opinion that when all courts proceed in all matters with the con-scientious regard to detail displayed by this Court in this matter then the overall process will doubtlessly operate far more efficiently than it might presently appear to function.

1

WHEREFORE plaintiffs move the Court to reconsider in part its Order of November 28th, and decide whether the documents filed this date sufficiently resolve the disarray of plaintiffs' pleadings to a point where plaintiffs' motion for a TRO may be deemed ripe for hearing on December 5, 1988. A proposed Order for service of process is also appended to this motion.

Respectfully submitted,
