On November 18, 1988 the U.S. Attorney's Office filed, on behalf of defendants 1/, a Notice of Related Cases which states that this case is related to Thomas et al v. United States, et al, CA No. 84-3552, and Thomas, et al v. News World Communica-tions, et al, CA No. 87-1820.

Plaintiff Sunrise S. Harmony hereby asserts that he was not party to either of those cases.

Plaintiff Sunrise also points out that none of the allegations made by him in this action have never previously been made in any court of law.
