Pursuant to the provisions of 28 UCS 1915, Concepcion Picciotto moves the Court for leave to proceed in this matter in forma pauperis.

Plaintiff further moves that copies of the Complaint and Amended Complaint in this matter be served upon defendants by the U.S. Marshals Service.

In support of this motion plaintiff submits herewith a Declaration of Indigency.

For the Court's convenience a proposed Order is attached.

DECLARATION OF INDIGENCE
IN SUPPORT OF REQUEST TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS

I, Concepcion Picciotto, declare that I am a plaintiff in the above entitled case; that in support of my motion to proceed without being required to prepay fees, costs or give security therefor, I hereby state that because of my poverty, I am unable to pay the costs of said proceedings or to give security there-for; that I believe I am entitled to relief.

1. I am not presently employed in any enterprise which returns me a financial recompense. I have not worked at any enterprise which paid me money for more than seven years.

2. During the past twelve months I have not received any money from business, profession or form of self-employment, rent payments,interest dividends, pensions, annuities, life insurance payments, gifts or inheritances. The only money I have received during the past twelve months has been in the form of small donations, all of which has been spent on literature and other supplies in connection with my communicative activities.

3. I have no money in a checking or savings accounts.

4. I own no real estate, stocks, bonds, notes, automo-biles, or other valuable property.

5. I have no dependents.

I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
