I am in receipt of your letter dated August 7, 1987 regarding "sleeping in the park" mock trial cases. The mock trial you refer to in your letter was used as a training exercise for students. Because of the nature of the activity, there were no records maintained concerning the participants, decision rendered or transcript filed.
