On or about January 28, 1988 J. Richey imposed sentence in this case.

The sentencing transcript is necessary for the preparation of the appeal. Another request for this transcript was filed by two of appellant's do-defendants in this Court on April 21, 1988, and is unopposed.

Proceeding in forma pauperis, I hereby move the Court, pursuant to the appropriate provisions of Fed.R.Civ.P. and 18 USC 1915, to assist me in obtaining a copy of the sentencing transcript in this matter.
