MOTION FOR SENTENCING TRANSCRIPT

Defendants Ellen Thomas and Sunrise, acting pro se, in forma pauperis, respectfully move the Court to order that a transcript of the January 28, 1988 sentencing hearing be produced for defendants for appellate purposes.

Co-defendant Philip Joseph (CR 87-63) has been granted a similar motion for sentencing transcript, which was, however, incomplete.

A proposed Order is attached.
