EX PARTE MOTION TO STRIKE

On December 3, 1987 William Thomas sought to file with the Clerk's Office a Request to a U.S. Magistrate for a Declaration Of Indigency. That Request was made at the suggestion of Ms. Betty Bryant, cashier of the Marshall's Service.

Rather than filing the aforesaid Request with the Magistrate, pursuant to defendant's intention and supplication, the Clerk's Office decided to file the documents with this Court.

Therefore defendant moves the Court. to strike the documents filed on December 3, 1987.
