ERRATA TO PLAINTIFFS' TRIAL BRIEF
On September 22, 1986 plaintiff filed a Trial Brief, pursuant
to Judge Oberdorfer's Pre-Trial Order of June 4, 1986.
Plaintiff submits this errata to rectify an error which
occurred at page 2, in the last sentence of paragraph 6 in the
Trial Brief. The word "not" should be inserted before the word
"prohibited," so that the sentence reads: "(sleeping is not
prohibited in the context of a round-the-clock vigil.)"
