MOTION FOR JOINDER OF CLAIMS
AGAINST LT. HUGH IRWIN

Plaintiffs hereby move the Court to Join certain claims to this action against U.S. Park Police Lieutenant Hugh Irwin. These claims involve common issues of fact and law with the claims previously filed throughout this Complaint.

The reasons for this Motion are more fully set forth in the accompanying Memorandum of Points and Authorities, and the November 21, 1986 Declaration of William Thomas.
