ORDERED that the plaintiff be allowed to bring his Own tape recorder to Courtroom 25, U.S. District Court, to record the following depositions: the deposition of Manus Fish on August 21, 1986; the deposition of Patricia Bangert on August 22, 1986: the deposition of Frank Duncan on August 22, 1986; and, the deposition of Richard Robbins, also on August 22, 1986. The recording of these depositions by the plaintiff is to be done under the supervision of a courtroom deputy or staff of the undersigned U.S. Magistrate,
