ORDER

Upon consideration of plaintiff's expedited motion to reschedule deposition of David Haynes and to compel deponents to produce documents, filed July 21, 1986, representations made by the plaintiff and counsel for the defendants during certain 24th day of July, 1986

ORDER:

1. That the motion to reschedule the deposition of U.S. Park Police Officer David Haines from 3:00 p.m. on July 29, 1986 be and is hereby DENIED.

2. The motion to compel deponents to produce documents be and is hereby DENIED without prejudice filing a proper Rule 34 request for production of documents.
