enlargement of time until February 5, 1985, within which to
move, answer or otherwise respond to the complaint, [*]

all of the defendants' requests for representation pursuant to
28 C.F.R. S50.15. The United States Attorney for the District of
Columbia enters his appearance for defendants solely for this motion
at this time.
