I, Robert B. Mills, am an owner of 62 shares of PECO Energy Co. stock (now merged to form Exelon Corp.), verification of which is enclosed. Due to the merger, the exact deadline for stockholder proposals to be submitted is unclear, as Scott Peters and I have discussed. I should say now that I also own 60 shares of Unicom stock (now also Exelon stock). I will maintain ownership of both stocks through the next years meeting.
I hereby notify you of my intention to file the enclosed proposal entitled INVEST IN CLEAN ENERGY (ICE) for consideration at the next annual meeting, and for inclusion in the Company's proxy statement, in accordance with rule 14-a-8 of the General Rules and Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 (as amended).
