NOTICE OF RELATED CASES AND
MOTION FOR CONSOLIDATION

Pursuant to Local Rule 405(3), plaintiff hereby makes notification that the case of Thomas, et al v. United States, et al, USDC C.A. No. 94-2747 ("Thomas I"), presently pending in the Federal District Court for the District of Columbia, shares common questions of fact and law.

Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. Pro. 42, and to facilitate consistency in decisions of common facts and law, plaintiff moves the Court to consolidate further proceedings in Thomas 1 with the pending case.

A Proposed Order is attached.
