Motion for Transcripts
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
William Thomas, et. al. |
Plaintiffs pro se, |
|
v. | C.A. No. 95-1018
| Judge Charles R. Richey
The United States, et. al. |
Defendants. |
MOTION FOR TRANSCRIPTS
Plaintiff hereby moves this Court to provide him, pursuant
to 28 U.S.C. Sec. 753(f), and 18 USC 1915, with a transcript of
the TRO hearing held in this case on May 30, 1995.
Particularly if defendants use a transcript to prepare their
scheduled pleadings in this case, it might seem as if denying
plaintiff access to a transcript would be to deny plaintiff
meaningful access to the Court.
Plaintiff would suggest that should defendants (the
government) obtain a transcript, it would be most economical for
the taxpayers if they were to run a copy off for plaintiff.
Respectfully submitted this 31st day of May, 1995,
