Appellant's Supplemental Notice of Issues on Appeal
UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS
DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA CIRCUIT
No.95-5340
September Term, 1995
USDC No. 94cv02747
William Thomas, et al., Appellants
v.
United States of America, et al., Appellees
APPELLANT'S SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE OF ISSUES ON APPEAL
On appeal appellant plans to raise the issue of whether the District Court erred
in denying appellant's motions for sanctions.
Prior to filing his Notice of Issues to be Raised on Appeal (October 30, 1995),
pro se appellant sought advice from a member of the Bar, and was informed that,
provided the issue was raised in the District Court, it was not essential to state every
issue that might be raised on appeal.
Appellant files this supplemental Notice against the possibility that the aforesaid
advise was mistaken.
Respectfully submitted this 21st day of December, 1995.
