APPELLANT'S MOTION FOR A STAY PENDING APPEAL

To secure Appellant's asserted rights under the First and Ninth Amendments, pursuant to F.R.A.P. 8 Appellant respectfully moves the Court to grant an stay of the District Court's Order during the pendency of the appeal.

A motion to Stay was denied by the District Court (J. Urbina) on October 13, 1995.
